Fordham Jewelers work with many designers to create unique pieces in order to offer you unusual or one-of-a-kind jewelry. We also create jewelry in-house with our own goldsmith and designer. Please call or stop by Fordham Jewelers for more information.
Can Fordham Jewelers place special orders?

What is your return policy?
To ensure your complete satisfaction, Fordham Jewelers offers a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on most karat gold jewelry. If your Fordham's gold jewelry should become damaged, broken, or defective, simply return it to us for prompt repair or replacement. Fordham Jewelers offers a 60-day refund or exchange privilege on diamond jewelry, provided merchandise is in new and unworn condition. See store for details.
Does Fordham Jewelers offer a guarantee on Diamonds?
For twelve months from your date of purchase, Fordham Jewelers guarantees the mounting of your diamond against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period. Fordham Jewelers also offers free life-time replacement of your lost diamond, if your diamond is lost from its original mounting during normal wear. For this guarantee to remain valid, Fordham Jewelers must inspect your jewelry every 4 months and have it repaired by one of our representatives.
Does Fordham Jewelers have a trade in policy?
Our generous trade-in policy, allows you to upgrade your Fordham Jewelers diamond at any time. This allows you to apply full value of your original purchase price towards the purchase of a new diamond. The new purchase price must be for an amount that is double the original purchase price.
